It was In August 2018 when we opened doors to our business at 20 Amalinda Main Road, Amalinda, East London. I cannot believe this young business is ONE YEAR old. Happy Birth Month to Sizwe Mlungwana Properties.
We are now a fully functional engine, room for growth is still massive. We march forward on the direction of our growth by God’s grace, humility and hard work. We have achieved more than we imagined our 1st year would go. We achieved a substantial amount of successful registrations, with less than 1% of our sales not working.
We started with a group of interns, a team whose achievement, work ethic and dedication helped make our success for year one a reality. Well done to these hard workers.
We are also blessed with an amazing admin team. They have an awesome attitude, something which makes our clients very pleased. The feedback we have been receiving from both sellers and buyers have been heart-warming. With this team, our image will become more and more beautiful as a company.
The real estate market in East London is second to none. I have been exposed to a few markets around the country through working in other parts of the country and also interactions with practitioners in those parts. I can confidently say the East London real estate market is the best. It is stable and provides massive opportunities for both clients and the real estate practitioners. I can confidently recommend that, as an investor, it is wise and safe to invest in a market like East London’s one.
